About me

I was born and raised in the North of France where my French and Yugoslavian parents ran a small hotel and restaurant. From them I learned about hospitality and being open to different cultures. As a teenager I was sensitive to anyone who would label other people as well as to conflict.

At school and on job sites, I refrained from talking in the backs of other students and co-workers.

The topic of words and how they are used, be it in poetry or to communicate, has been of continuous interest to me. I studied English literature, took some art classes, got several certifications in EFT, Emotion Code, and coaching, and gave classes at Yavapai Community College in Prescott, Arizona.

I am an EFT coach and a French instructor. I love teaching and researching the clearest and simplest way to explain do-it-yourself emotional healing techniques.

I am currently studying non-violent communication, an approach developed by Marshall Rosenberg. which teaches how to listen with empathy and to express yourself honestly.

I enjoy getting together with family and friends and photographing nature. Mother of three adult children, I live in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

And last, but not least, I just published my first book: When words take you down. How to heal the pain with EFT. Go to Hot off the press to read more about it. Click here to read an author interview: https://www.smashwords.com/interview/NadiaAZ
